The Mental Health - GP Partnership Programme trains General Practitioners (GPs) to support individuals who are able to independently manage their mental health conditions. The programme is in line with MOH’s emphasis on managing patients with stable or long-term illnesses in the community, with the support of primary healthcare physicians. Brining clinical mental health support in the community offers convenient, affordable, and highly accessible services for recovering persons, while ensuring the best possible clinical care.

If you are our patient and would like to be referred to this programme, please speak with your attending doctor. If you are a GP and would like to come on board this programme as a GP Partner, please call 8488 3055 or email
