The Department of Psychology at IMH is committed to nurturing individuals who are interested in a career in clinical psychology, by providing them an opportunity for observational and experiential learning. This is within the adult mental health setting where we adopt a scientist-practitioner approach, with a strong focus on conducting research and developing new psychological services.
What to Expect:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 days per week for 6 consecutive months
- Regular supervision by an assigned clinical psychologist
- Relevant training opportunities
- Certificate of attendance after completion of attachment
- Testimonial upon request after completion of attachment
- There will be no remuneration as this is a self-initiated attachment
