​​​Eligibility for Medication Delivery Services

You may utilise the IMH Medication Delivery Service for medications prescribed by our institution’s doctors within the past year, if there is remaining balance supply on the prescription.

  • Example: To schedule delivery on 8th February 2026, your prescription must be dated on 9th February 2025 or later.
  • Please note that the delivery of various controlled medications (e.g. certain medications to aid sleep) is subjected to MOH’s and/or IMH’s policy.

Important Information​
Before using our medication delivery service, please note:

  • ​Familiarity with Medications: Ensure that you are familiar with your prescribed medications.
  • Third-Party Delivery: By using this service, you consent to having our authorised delivery partner handle your medications.
  • Parcel Integrity: Examine the parcel upon delivery to ensure all seals are intact. Once delivered, medications cannot be returned or refunded.​

IMH Pharmacy reserves the right to investigate any reported issues related to delivered medications and/or the delivery service.​

Changes to delivery order

​​For any rescheduling or cancellation of delivery or changes to medic​ation order within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date, an amendment/cancellation fee of $9 applies.

​Additional remarks

​Collect within 72 hours after receiving notification from the locker vendor. Failure to pick up the parcel will result in $9 failed delivery fee. Additional re-delivery fee applies where applicable.  ​

ow to Place a Medication Delivery Service Request

​Method 1: Via HealthHub

You may submit your delivery request via HealthHub by following these steps:

1. Log in to HealthHub with your Singpass, select ‘Medication’ followed by ‘Medication refill’. 


​2. Select ‘Institute of Mental Health’ as your provider.


3. Medication with an outstanding balance will be displayed for selection. Select the required medication. 


Tip: If the medication is not listed for selection, choose ‘Click here to repeat your prescription’ and provide the required details.  The clinic staff will review your request and the attending doctor will issue a new prescription if appropriate. ​

After submitting your request, our pharmacy staff will contact you via phone to confirm the delivery details within 3 – 5 working days.

6. Check your request under ‘Medication Refill History’ and select the right encounter. 


7. You may access the request details, check its status, or choose to cancel it before pharmacy starts to process the delivery. ​

 

Method 2: Contact Us

You may also contact the respective clinic pharmacy location to place your delivery request. Refer to IMH Pharmacy for up-to-date information on clinic hours and contact numbers.
Note: Due to high call volume, you may experience longer waiting time or missed calls. We strongly recommend placing your medication delivery request via HealthHub for a smoother experience. Request for locker delivery service request is only available through HealthHub.


What Happens on the Day of Delivery?

For locker delivery service, you will receive a notification with a collection PIN from the locker vendor once the medication parcel has been deposited. Please collect the medication parcel from your selected locker within 72 hours after receiving the notification from the vendor.

For doorstep delivery service, you will receive an SMS with a PIN code for your medication delivery. Ensure someone (aged 18 or above) is present at the delivery address during the scheduled time slot to provide the PIN code to the courier.​


How Do I Pay for My Bill?

No Payment at Delivery: Payment is not required at the time of delivery.

Bill Mailing: The medication bill, including any applicable delivery charge(s), will be mailed to you within 1–2 weeks of delivery. Alternatively, you may retrieve the bill on HealthHub. 

​Payment Options: Follow the payment instructions on the bill which also states the acceptable payment mode. Please note that there is strictly no cash on delivery.

No, our medication delivery service is only applicable to IMH prescriptions. You may call IMH Pharmacy during operating hours to check on the availability of your externally prescribed medications prior to making a visit to purchase these medications.


​​Our pharmacy staff will carefully review your order and prescription. While we strive to fulfil all orders completely, adjustments may sometimes be necessary. If changes are required, you will be notified by our staff.​​


​​You may appoint someone aged 18 years or older to receive the medication on your behalf. Ensure the appointed person has the PIN code sent via SMS on the delivery day. ​Alternatively, you may opt for waived locker delivery service (instead of chargeable doorstep delivery) and pick up the medication parcel from your selected locker anytime within 72 hours after receiving the notification from the vendor.
