We provide Medication Home Delivery Services for patients who wish to get their prescribed medications delivered to their doorstep at an additional fee.
Eligibility for Medication Home Delivery Services
You can use our service if your prescription meets the following criteria:
- Valid Prescription: You must have a valid electronic IMH prescription or provide a hardcopy IMH prescription before or during your request.
- Within Validity Period: The prescription must be dated within the last year and still have uncollected medication(s).
o Example: To schedule delivery on 8th February 2025, your prescription must be dated 8th February 2024 or later.
*Delivery of controlled drugs and sleeping pills may be subject to Ministry of Health regulations or IMH policy. Our pharmacy staff will contract you if any ordered medication cannot be delivered.
Important Information
Before using our service, please note:
- Familiarity with Medications: Ensure you are familiar with your prescribed medications.
- Third-Party Delivery: By using this service, you consent to having our authorised delivery partner handle your medication.
- Parcel Check: Examine the parcel upon delivery to ensure all seals are intact. Once delivered, medications cannot be returned or refunded.
- Inconsistencies: IMH Pharmacy reserves the right to investigate reported issues with delivered medications.
Delivery Slots
Delivery is available on specific days and times:

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays | No delivery |
- Delivery is available only within the main island of Singapore.
- Medication parcels cannot be left unattended at the doorstep or other locations.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are based on the urgency of the request:

* After submitting your order, our pharmacy staff will contact you to confirm the details within 3-5 working days.
- Delivery charges apply for unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by patient actions.
How to Place an Order
Method 1: Via HealthHub
You may submit your delivery request via HealthHub by following these steps:
1. Log in to HealthHub and select 'Institute of Mental Health' as your provider.
2. Choose 'Refill My Medication'

3. Fill in the Required Information
4. Processing Lead Time
After submitting your request, our pharmacy staff will contact you via phone to confirm the delivery details within 3 – 5 working days.
Method 2: Contact Us
You may also call the respective clinic pharmacy locations to place your delivery request.
- Operating Hours and Contact Details: Refer to IMH Pharmacy for up-to-date information on clinic hours and contact numbers.
- Imprtant Note: Due to high call volumes, you may experience longer waiting times or missed calls.
We strongly recommend placing your order via HealthHub for a smoother experience.
What Happens on the Day of Delivery?
- SMS Notification: You will receive an SMS with a PIN code for your medication delivery.
- Delivery Requirements: Ensure someone (aged 18 or older) is present at the delivery address during the scheduled time slot to provide the PIN code to the courier.
- Unattended Parcels: Medication parcels cannot be left unattended. If delivery fails, the patient or caregiver will need to collect the medication from the pharmacy.
How Do I Pay for My Bill?
No Payment at Delivery: Payment is not required at the time of delivery.
Bill Mailing: The medication bill and delivery charges will be mailed to you within 1–2 weeks of delivery.
Payment Options: Follow the instructions on the bill for payment via:
o AXS
o PayNow
o SAM Kiosk
o Internet Banking
o Payment Counters at IMH
Cash on Delivery: Not accepted as a payment mode.
