The costs of caring for your loved one who is suffering from a mental health condition can be high. Additionally, it is important to realise that counselling is not exclusive to your loved one.  As a caregiver, attending therapy can also provide you with a safe space to share about any challenges that you might have and how you can equip yourself with the skills to approach them.

To prevent yourself from feeling overwhelmed by the financial burden of providing care, please reach out to any of these organisations below to find out how you can plan ahead for your loved one’s journey to recovery.
