As the Centre of Excellence for Youth Mental Health in Singapore, we've been helping and supporting young people with mental health concerns since 2009. CHAT runs a national youth mental health outreach and assessment service for youth and young adults aged 16 to 30.

You can think of us as Singapore's "AAA" battery for youth mental health. Essentially, we are a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to promote:

Awareness of mental health;
Access to mental health resources; and to
Assess, by providing a personalized and confidential mental health check for young persons between 16 and 30 years old.

In CHAT Hub

We will take your calls, read your emails and attend to you if you walk in the Hub with questions for us. We conduct mental health checks and recommend resources for help according to your needs. We also provide brief supportive work especially when there is long waiting time between your mental health check and your appointment with the help service we refer you to.
