We provide Allied Health (AH) services for patients, caregivers, and various agencies. Our AH professionals firmly believe in helping patients regain independence and quality of life. To achieve this vision, we are, and have always been, committed to providing a high level of training in areas such as diagnostics, therapeutic practices, and direct patient care and support.

​We are committed to nurturing the next generation of mental healthcare professionals and we do so by partnering other tertiary institutions in clinical attachments and talks. Some of our teaching faculty delivers lectures and tutorials in various courses, such as the Graduate Diploma in Mental Health, jointly run by IMH and NUS.

AH partners community agencies to provide skills and knowledge training, as well as supervisory services for their staff. In addition, Allied Health supports psycho-education and training through community-based programmes such as REACH and CMHT.

IMH firmly believes in promoting mental wellness as well as outreach to the community on managing mental illness. Training to equip caregivers with the necessary skills and knowledge is an important part of supporting their loved ones at home.
