3. Medication Information Service

Our pharmacists attend to phone enquiries from staff and patients and provide useful information on concerns related to their medicines, such as their side effects and drug interactions.

4. Brown Bag Service

We also provide a Brown Bag Service to review all the medications that a patient is taking. This service is recommended for patients who have excess medicines and are unsure about their safety and use. Our goal is to identify the medication the patient is taking and determine how they are taking them to prevent medication errors or to correct misunderstanding. Medication counselling and practical advice will be provided, if necessary. Expired medicines will be identified and discarded accordingly. For more information, please approach our pharmacy staff at the counter.

5. Smoking Cessation Programme

Our pharmacists create individualised programmes with patients who are keen to quit smoking. This programme will review a perons’s smoking profile and medication history, recommend methods to quit smoking and advise on coping skills as well as relapse prevention methods.
