CHAT – Centre of Excellence for Youth Mental Health has been helping and supporting young people with mental health concerns since 2009, by running a national youth mental health assessment service for youth and young adults aged 16 to 30. CHAT is made up of a group of healthcare professionals dedicated to promoting awareness of mental health; access to mental health resources; and assessment of mental health by providing personalised and confidential mental health checks for young persons between 16 and 30 years old.
