REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)


 RFP NOTICE REF: NHG/GPO/P/13/248
(subjected to Terms & Conditions SCC.3)

Description:
To Provide Corporate Travel Management Services to the Institutions Under NHG, NUHS, JHS and AHPL; MOHH and AIC.  

Document Collection:
RFP document (softcopy in CDs) is to be collected from the period of 26 April 2013 (Friday) to 10 May 2013 (Friday), between 0900 - 1200hrs and 1400 - 1700hrs at the following location:

Document Fee (Non-refundable):
A fee of $30 (inclusive of GST) is required for the collection of the RFP document. It shall be made out in cash; or a crossed cheque payable to "Institute of Mental Health."

Mandatory RFP Briefing:
7 May 2013 (Tuesday) 1400hrs @ IMH Meeting Room 6 (Level 2 Above MMD Office) 
RFP Briefing is limited to a maximum of 2 representatives per participating company. RFP briefing is mandatory and vendors who fail to attend would not be allowed to participate in this RFP.

Closing Date:
17 May 2013 (Friday) before 1500hrs SHARP 
to Materials Management Department, RFP Box No. 1. Late Submissions would not be accepted. Participating vendors are to submit all proposals comprising Five (5) Hardcopies and 10 Softcopy versions in CDRs.

(subjected to Terms & Conditions SCC.3)

Description:
Provision for the Supply, Delivery, Commissioning and Installation of Electrical Patient Beds to Institute Of Mental Health.

Eligibility:
The Hospital reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any submission without assigning any reason thereof.

RFP document (softcopy in CDs) is to be collected from the period of 15 April 2013 (Monday) to 19 April 2013 (Friday), between 0900 - 1200hrs and 1400 - 1700hrs at the following location:
