Description:
Proposed Addition And Alteration Works For NAMS Office @ Block 9 Level 1, Institute Of Mental Health.

Eligibility:
BCA Registered Contractors with Classification Of CW01-03 and above, CR06 – L2 and above.
The Hospital reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any submission without assigning any reason thereof.

Document Collection:
RFP document (softcopy) is to be collected from the period of 26 February 2010 (Friday) to 11 March 2010 (Thursday) between 0900 - 1200hrs & 1400 - 1700hrs at the following location:

Compulsory Briefing/Site Showround:
Compulsory briefing will be conducted on 26 February 2010 (Friday) at 0930hrs. All contractors are to meet at Material Management Department at IMH (located at Block 1, Level 1, Car Park E). Contractors who failed to attend this briefing will not be eligible to participate in this RFP.

Document Fee (Non-refundable):
RFP document fee of $30/- (GST Inclusive) shall be made out in a crossed cheque payable to “NHG – Woodbridge Hospital”.

Closing Date:
12 March 2010 (Friday) before 1200hrs to Materials Management Department, RFP Box No. 1.
