The Institute of Mental Health (IMH) provides specialist outpatient services for psychological and psychiatric problems. Our dedicated multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, medical social workers and occupational therapists ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. Treatment is designed to meet each person's needs.

Specialist Clinic B provides psychiatry services to subsidized patients.

Besides the general psychiatry clinic and the 24-hour emergency psychiatric services available at the Emergency Department, we have specialised consultation clinics for :-

• Anxiety and depression
• Sleep disorders
• Addiction and substance Abuse
• Psychological and psychiatric disorders in elderly persons
• Emotional and behavioural problems in adolescents and children

We also have a wide range of specialised treatment programmes. These include:

• Individual psychotherapy

• Cognitive therapy
• Behavioural therapy
• Family therapy
• Counselling
• Relaxation therapy

Our clinic also holds support groups for patients and their families.

Alternatively, you may make an appointment for a subsidised consultation after first obtaining a referral from any polyclinic.
