Description:
Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy ( EMDR) is a complex approach to psychotherapy that accelerates the treatment of a wide range of pathologies and self-esteem issues related to upsetting past traumatic events and present life conditions. This interactional, standardised approach has been empirically tested with patients evincing a considerable range of presenting complaints, including, loss of a loved one, rape, sexual molestation, Vietnam combat and natural disaster.

Description: Learn how to be prepared for the unexpected. Understanding a crisis and forecasting what may happen puts us in a better position to protect both ourselves, and the people around us. How to react normally to abnormal situations, explore ways to aid and intervene during a crisis, learn to get better of grief, death and loss, and practise the skills learnt.
