The Department of Psychology offers a psychology attachment programme for those working with patients/clients in psychology-related areas. The main training placement will be IMH and possibly at the Child Guidance Clinic if necessary. This is a 3-month attachment program that allows trainees and interns the opportunity to practice therapy and assessment under supervision. The trainee/intern will undertake lectures given by experienced clinicians in the first month before following through with the client/patient contact in the second and third month.
