RFP Description:
Proposed for the Provision of Supply and Delivery of Muslim Bulk Food to Institute of Mental Health / Woodbridge Hospital.
Eligibility:
Contractor must not be currently debarred from tendering of public projects.
The Hospital reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any submission without assigning any reason thereof.
Document Collection:
RFP document (softcopy) is to be collected from period 23 July 2008 (Wednesday) – 31 July 2008 (Thursday) between 0900 - 1200hrs & 1400 - 1700hrs at the following location:

Document Fee (Non-refundable):
RFP document fee of $30/- (GST inclusive) shall be made out in a crossed cheque payable to “NHG - Woodbridge Hospital”.
Compulsory Briefing/Site Showround:
Compulsory site showround will be conducted on 23 July 2008 (Wednesday) at 1400hrs. All contractors are to meet at Materials Management Department (located at Block 1 – Carpark E). Contractors who failed to attend this site showround will not be eligible.
Closing Date:
1 August 2008 (Friday) before 1200 hrs to Materials Management Department, RFP Box No. 1.
