Wage & Salary Plan

Our Wage & Salary Plan comprises of the following components:

  • A competitive Basic Salary
  • A 13 th month Annual Wage Supplement
  • A Performance based Annual Increment
  • Performance based Variable Payments 

Overtime pay, night shift premium, ward allowance for nurses, meal subsidy (for 2 nd /3 rd shift) and hazard allowance where applicable.

Leave Benefits

•  15 to 28 days of annual leave
•  14 working days of sick leave or 60 calendar days per year if hospitalisation is required
•  3 working days of Compassionate Leave
•  3 working days of Marriage Leave
•  12 weeks paid maternity leave per childbirth up to 3 living children
•  3 working days of paternity leave per childbirth up to 3 living children
•  3 working days of family care leave
•  Examination leave for approved courses
•  Conference leave for staff where applicable
