PSYCHOTHERAPY
IMH provides psychotherapy services to help people with anxiety, depression, grief reactions and personality disorders to develop understanding about themselves and to make changes in their lives.

Psychotherapy is essentially a type of professionally guided conversation which takes place in a specified number of sessions on a regular basis, usually (but not inevitably) on a weekly basis, in which a psychotherapist listens to, and talks with someone who is in emotional trouble or distress. The aim is to help them understand and resolve their predicaments.

The number of sessions required for a successful psychotherapy depends on what the goals of therapy are, the type of therapy being considered, and the extent of the patient's problems.
