Mental health physiotherapists are effective members of a multi-disciplinary team of doctors and allied health personnel. Their wealth of expertise in assessments and treatments complements prescribed medications and psychotherapy.
Physiotherapy is about educating patients about the importance of developing good postures to improve physical well-being and boost self-esteem. Our physiotherapists will customise exercise routines and programmes, using a holistic approach, to suit the needs of every individual.
Caregivers are encouraged to be involved in the patients’ rehabilitation process to continue their care at home.
After a thorough and detailed assessment, clients will be rehabilitated to their best potential to improve or to maintain their physical performance. A structured programme will be selected based on the needs of individual clients.
