Challenges
You will be responsible for the management of facilities maintenance, campus security, telecommunications and environmental services of the hospital in accordance to legal and corporate requirements.
Requirements
- Degree with at least 5 years of experience in estate management or facilities maintenance at managerial level
- Experience in M&E and maintenance will be an added advantage
2) Manager / Senior / Executive, Quality Management
Challenges
You will assist in the transformation and development of our patient care areas. You will participate, coordinate and lead quality improvement and assurance initiatives for our care delivery frameworks, protocols, processes and systems, as well as in planning for “customer centric” workflows to enhance our care delivery system.
Requirements
- Honours Degree/MBA in Healthcare Management
- Project and Data Management skills
- Savvy in IT and Statistics
- Experienced and knowledgeable in approaches/tools which include Clinical Quality; clinical governance, clinical indicators, patient safety, JCI and/or Service/Organisational Quality; service excellence programmes/events, customer feedback management, customer satisfaction surveys, QEHS (ISO, OSHAS) & Lean Management
3) Manager / Assistant Manager, Operations and Emergency Planning
Challenges
You will be responsible in formulating and reviewing corporate strategies and policies in emergency, safety and disease outbreak. Another important function is to lead and manage the operations/ crisis centre.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Security and Crisis Management or other relevant discipline
- For Degree holder, 3 years of relevantt operations experience in crisis and emergency planning, community preparedness, and business continuity, in Managerial or Senior Executive level.
- For Diploma holder, minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience in crisis and emergency planning, community preparedness, and business continuity, with at least 2 years in Managerial or Senior Executive level.

- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and writing skills (English).
4) Project Manager / Specialist, Information Management
Challenges
You will work closely with NHG and IMH business process owners. You will lead and reviews processes with the business owners. You will track and manage the IT projects with the NHG IT Project Manager, and ensure that gaps are addressed, processes are streamlined for improved efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in IT
- At least 3 to 4 years of healthcare experience in hospital environment
- Good team player with eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of SAP IS-H will be advantageous
- Eye for identifying, collecting and analysing outcome measures to demonstrate the improved efficiency
5) Senior / Executive, Human Resource
Challenges
You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions with focus on administering Talent Management Programme, Total Performance Management and drive targeted recruitment. You will periodically review and recommend changes to work processes, HR policies/guidelines and spearhead some HR initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
- At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in a similar capacity
- Independent, numerate, meticulous and a team player with effective communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
6) Senior Information Management (IM) Specialist / IMH Specialist (HIS)
Challenges
The Senior IM/IM Specialist will be responsible in collecting, analysing, recommending and monitoring various outcome metrics which aid in decision making from both operational and clinical perspectives. The person must have an eye for numbers, competent in trend analysis with sound recommendations for deviations.
Requirements
He/She should preferably have a degree in IT / Engineering, 1 year of healthcare experience, be proficient in SPSS or any statistical analysis tool and a good team player. Experience on process simulation, optimisation of resource utilisation will be an added advantage.
7) Administrative Assistant
Challenges
You will be an integral member of the operations team, supporting service operations, reporting on and monitoring performance indicators as well as helping to coordinate various activities of the department. You are expected to thrive on challenge and be able to provide efficient general administrative support to the department in the face of constant change.
Depending on your competencies and experience, you will be posted to one of the various operational departments in the institution.
Requirements
You must possess at least a diploma and have excellent skills in Microsoft applications. In addition, you should be a self driven individual who displays great initiative and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
